Substitute Teachers & Nurses

At Northern Wells Community Schools we are committed to using highly qualified substitute teachers to work with students in the event of a teacher absence. We are looking to increase our substitute teacher pool along with our substitute nurse pool. Please click on the link below to go about the process of applying. Kindergarten Roundup

Lancaster Central Elementary School would like to welcome any incoming kindergartners for the 2020-21 school year. We are now taking registration for Kindergarten Roundup.  All kindergartners must be 5 by August 1st. Round-up will be on Thursday, April 16th either at 4:00pm or 5:30pm. Please find the download to the right of this page underneath Kindergarten Info.  If you have any questions, please give us a call at 260-565-3135.  We look forward to seeing you on Thursday, April 16th.

Family Math Night

We are going "Out of This World" for our annual Family Math Night.  This will be happening on Thursday, February 20th from 6pm-7pm.  More information will be coming home.

Jump Rope for Heart

This year's Jump Rope for Heart event will take place on Thursday, February 27th at 8:00AM.  This event is open to all students in grades K-5.  Hoops for Heart, which is open to students in grades 3-5, will take place on Friday, January 28th at 8:00AM. Students may only choose one event to attend.  At both of these events, students will come to school and either jump rope or play basketball with friends, all while raising money for the American Heart Association.  Students will be served breakfast after the event before going to class.  Look in your child's backpack for more information.  Last year we raised $6,500!  I am looking forward to another fun and successful event this year!
