Congratulations to Dylan Burnau, Brock Nunley, and Thomas Bradtmueller who earned a $500 grant from Family Centered Services (FCS).

 
Economics Tournament Champs Economics Tournament Champs

Schools from Northeast Indiana participated in Junior Achievement’s Titan Economics Simulation Tournament in Ft. Wayne on November 30, 2016. Students compete in an oligopoly market, where they must make quarterly decisions in the area of price, production, marketing, R & D, capital investment, and charitable giving. The Norwell High School team of Andres Jara, Alex Murray, and Kyle Murray (Double Cup Cowboys), won the championship for the first time in NHS history, finishing 1st out of 41 teams.

On November 29, New York Times Best-Selling author Richard Paul Evans visited Norwell High School to share a little about his books and his inspiration and process for writing. 
Construction and Art Students Build Buffalo Construction and Art Students Build Buffalo
Mr. Landrum’s Intro to Construction class and Mr. Van Zandt’s Art class combined to build a buffalo for a float in the Industrial Parade for Bluffton’s street fair.  The buffalo was part of a float in order to raise money to restore the fire tower located at Ouabache State Park.
