The AIM of Northern Wells Community Schools is to equip our students to maximize their present and future success, through profound learning experiences. The Norwell High School Graduate Profile supports our Aim by articulating the characteristics our school system strives to nurture in our students.

2019-20 marks the sixth year of our transition to 1:1 Digital Learning, where each student in NWCS has access to an iPad to serve as a tool to unleash each student's learning potential. Students in grades 3-12 are also permitted to take the iPad home.

NWCS has a philosophy of continual improvement and has provided training to our staff to equip them with the strategies, processes, and tools to facilitate continual improvement in all areas of the educational system.
