MadeByMe - Powered by Greater Fort Wayne is collaborating with Ivy Tech Community College Fort Wayne to allow industry partners to connect with high school students and school partners; bridge the gap, and allow for exposure/insight to construction and advanced manufacturing automation and robotics industries; and allow the industry partners to breakdown myths and share their company’s needs.  
In years past, this event was held in the Steel Dynamics, Inc. Keith Busse Technology Center. However due to social distancing measures, this year our event will be a virtual experience that allows participants to attend anywhere with an internet connection!
 
NHS Guidelines For Fans Attending Events at NHS - September 2020
We look forward to hosting athletic events and having athletes and fans from opposing schools on our campus.  We are asking that everyone who will be attending these events please adhere to these guidelines to assist us in keeping our student-athletes and communities healthy and safe.  With your help we look forward to having a great fall season.  The Safe School Plan for Norwell High School is linked here .  This is the REVISED and UPDATED plan as of 8/3/2020.  Included in this document is a list of classes that will be available/unavailable to students who choose the long-term remote learning option.   
fafsa State Offering Extension for FAFSA Deadline
The Indiana Commission for Higher Education has extended the filing deadline for the 2020-2021 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) beyond the state’s original April 15 deadline. The extension is intended to ensure as many Hoosiers as possible can access financial aid in the coming academic year in the midst of challenges presented by the coronavirus.  Click here for more information.

TW NHS Counselor, Mrs. Werling, Recognized

Congratulations Mrs. Traci Werling for being recognized by the 2020 College Board Recognition Program! Mrs. Werling is among a select group of school counselors recognized as proven lifelong learners, collaborators, advocates, and data-driven counselors who are committed to student success. Mrs. Werling is only one of only eleven school counselors in the state of Indiana to be honored by this national program. Great job Mrs. Werling!

Grades 9 -12  $165.00*                                                                                                                                             *In addition to this rental cost, students attending shared CTE programs will be required to pay for the costs charged by the school hosting the program that are associated with that course.  Also, dual credit courses and AP courses may require charges or fees above and beyond this Technology & Textbook fee.
