Requesting High School Transcripts

If you need an official FINAL high school transcript sent to a college/employer or would like one for your own personal use, you must submit a request via Parchment (https://www.parchment.com/u/registration/11123/account).  Final grades will be posted on or around June 1st and requests will be processed after that.

Students also have the option to request a hard copy transcript, in person, with Kaley Grzych in the Norwell High School Guidance Office. 

Requesting College Transcripts

You can use your Parchment account to request transcripts from PFW, Trine, and Ivy Tech. I would encourage you to update your email to a personal email you check.  You will not have access to your school email once you graduate. Follow the steps below to add the colleges you need:

1.      How to update email if Norwell email

  • Go to Dashboard

  • Go to Settings

  • Go to Authentication Setting

  • Add email

2.      Order From another institution

  • Go to Dashboard

  • Scroll under the schools you have added and you will see “Order from another institution in blue.

  • Find your school

                                     i.      Purdue Fort Wayne – use Purdue West Lafayette

                                     ii.      Ivy Tech Fort Wayne – use Ivy Tech (all locations)

                                    iii.      Trine University

  • Complete request information

                                  i.    Are you currently enrolled?

                                  ii.   Your first year of attendance

                                 iii.   Year you graduated or left

                                  iv.   Your last 4 SSN (social security number)

                                   v.   Your student ID Number ( not required)

                                  vi.   Please verify your name while attending

                                  vii.   Save

  • Order

                                     i.   Transcript(electronic)

                                     ii.   College you want it sent to

                                   iii.   When do you want this sent: 2nd/3rd week of June

                                     iv.  Purpose: other

                                      v.   Sign if 18. Parent signature required if under 18.

                                     vi.  Pay

 P.S. - If you are receiving the ICC – you need to request transcripts from Trine and PFW to go to Ivy Tech.
