Senior Kahlan Roloff has been selected to receive the Norwell High School ICE Student Spotlight award. Kahlan has been employed at the Bluffton Arby's restaurant for the entire school year where her supervisor is Codey Lipps. Kahlan is the daughter of Dani Roloff.
As a shift supervisor, Kahlan delegates what each worker does for each shift. Jobs include drive-thru, front counter and dining room, fryer, and kitchen areas. Kahlan's main job is to be sure her shift runs smoothly. She also helps close the store at the end of the evening which includes counting money, food inventory, and cleaning the store to make it look brand new.
After graduation, Kahlan plans to attain her CNA [Certified Nursing Assistant] license on her way to becoming a nurse. She plans to get her nursing degree at IVY TECH University in Ft. Wayne.
