Abby Wagner has been selected to receive the Norwell High School Internship Spotlight award. She has been doing her experience at the Bluffton YMCA with sports and aquatics manager Kaleb Tyree. Abby is the daughter of Ben and Jenny Wagner.
As a certified lifeguard, Abby has learned the importance of scheduling lifeguards for the pool area. She has also been involved with organizing swimming lessons for young children. Abby has assisted Kaleb with sports such as soccer, volleyball, and basketball. This involves assigning teams and coaches, scheduling games, managing equipment, and getting referees.
Upon graduation, Abby will attend Trine University to study exercise science. She ultimately wants to be a physical therapist.
