Senior Evelyn Davis has been selected to receive the Norwell High School Internship Spotlight award. She has been doing her experience as a CNA [Certified Nursing Assistant] at Christian Care Retirement Facility in Bluffton the entire school year. Evelyn is the daughter of Drew and Megan Davis.
As a CNA, Evelyn must observe nurses doing specific duties such as passing meds and operating the Hoyer Lift. She is allowed to assist residents with general healthcare needs. This includes hygiene, dining time, transport, and charting.
Upon graduation, Evelyn plans to attend Indiana University in Bloomington to get her BS [Bachelor of Science] degree in nursing.
