Senior Cayden Cassel has been selected to receive the Norwell High School Internship Spotlight honor. He has been doing his experience with Norwell High School engineering and construction trades teacher Mr. Herb Bergman. Cayden is the son of Cory and Lindsey Cassel.
The Project Lead The Way Program [PLTW] offers classes such as introduction to engineering, principles of engineering, and construction trades. Cayden has been a huge help to Mr. Bergman as he assists students with their projects. Most of his assistance comes in the form of computer programming. Such projects have included building bridges, designing a trophy case, and a 3D home model. Cayden also helps organize engineering equipment and materials.
After graduation, Cayden plans to attend Indiana Tech in Fort Wayne to study mechanical engineering and play baseball.
