Senior Brady Smith has been selected to receive the Norwell High School Internship Spotlight award. He did his first semester experience with Dr. Matt Mitchell at Bluffton Family Eyecare. This semester he is at Clear Choice Chiropractic in Bluffton with Dr. Dakota Steed. Brady is the son of Brian and Angie Smith.
At Family Eyecare, Brady learned about the entire business operations. He also observed patient appointments where he learned about prescriptions, effects of glaucoma, and vision therapy. At Clear Choice Chiropractic, Brady gets to observe patients as they get treatments for back pain, neck issues, and joint problems. He has learned about adjustments, decompressions, and ultrasound therapy.
Upon graduation, Brady plans to attend Taylor University to study biology in route to becoming a doctor.
