Senior Campbell Sloan has been selected to receive the Norwell High School Internship Spotlight award. She has been doing her experience at Emmanuel Christian School in Fort Wayne her entire senior year. Her mentors at the school are Lauren Witt and Kari Mahara. Campbell is the daughter of Craig and Lindsay Sloan.
In the 3rd grade classroom, Campbell observed the teaching styles, discipline techniques, and classroom management used by her mentors. She has also helped with grading papers, leading reading groups, and supervising the after-school care program.
Upon graduation, Campbell plans to attend Taylor University to study Elementary Education.
