Lillian Norris has been selected to receive the bi-weekly Norwell High School Internship Spotlight award. Lillian is doing her experience at the Ossian Do It Best Hardware store in conjunction with the Norwell Work Based Learning Program. Her mentor is manager Mike Fox. Lillian is the daughter of Eventt and Kristy Norris [owners of the hardware store].
Lillian has learned to do computer data entry which involves customer data and merchandise inventory. She also handles customer service and operates the cash register. Other experiences have come in the form of stocking merchandise and running errands for the store.
After graduation, Lillian plans to study Christian psychology and attain her PHD in college. Her mission is to use Christian values as a foundation for helping people in need.
